18 SIKH contributed to the noble event by mustering a large number of voluntary donors including own troops, personals from CISF and some civilians. The people were happy to donate their blood for a noble cause. Strength of nearly 100 soldiers donated the blood.
The event was a major success and 18 SIKH promised to help in conduct of more such events which would help a cause and also help in uniting the masses. The noble step by 18 SIKH conveyed the message ‘We Care For You’ and further strengthen the bond between Army and locals.
